UPDATE!
Hello everyone! I just found out that AMATEUR has been selected into the LITTLE ROCK FILM FESTIVAL and Q CINEMA Fort Worth's Gay & Lesbian Film Festivals. I should be able to attend both festival this early June. I'll let everyone know the exact screening info for each festival as soon as I know.

GREAT AWESOME INCREDIBLE HAPPY NEWS!!!! AMATEUR will be screening at the 20th INSIDE OUT TORONTO LGBT FILM AND VIDEO FESTIVAL this May! This is the largest LGBT film festival in Canada with an attendance of over 35,000 people. I will actually be flying out to Toronto to attend the screening on Sat. May 22th 12:15pm _ the Royal Ontario Museum. Go to www.insideout.ca to find out more about the screening.

REMINDER!
AMATEUR screens TOMORROW Sat 24th for CINE! DON'T MISS IT! It is screening at the Regal Metropolitain (off of I-35 exit Stasseny) _ 12pm. Hope to see you there. There will be a Q/A with myself and the rest of the filmmakers.
AMATEUR will be screening up in Boston for the SunDeis Film Festival. It screens on Sat 24th too, but at 6pm in the Edie & Leu Wasserman Cinematheque at Brandeis University. It was nominated for Best Undergarduate Film Over 10min!
So make sure to put some time aside to see the film on Saturday!

'AMATEUR" as just been accepted into the TRANSLATIONS : SEATTLE TRANSGENDER FILM FESTIVAL. It will be screening early this May. So this is a good thing too!

Daniel Treviño- Writer/ Director/ Editor
Daniel Treviño is a bright young new filmmaker from Dallas, Texas. He recently completed his degree in Radio Television and Film from The University of Texas at Austin with University Honors. While in attendance, Daniel produced several short films, which garnered him praise for his unique visual style and focus on developing character. He is currently working on new ideas for future film projects and pursuing a career in the film industry.
Willie Rockefeller- Producer
Willie Rockefeller is a writer, director, producer, and director of photography. He wrote and directed SEDIMENTS OF LOVE which premiered at Austin Film Festival in October of 2009. Willie has also been the Director of Photography for several award winning projects such as the webisode The Wingmen (SXSW Greenlight Awards) and THICK AS THEIVES (Palm Springs International Film Festival, SXSW, DC Film Festival). Willie co-owns Match Point Productions, a web and commercial video production company based in Austin, TX.
Emile Millar- Composure
Emile Millar is a recording artist and music producer in Austin, TX. This is the 2nd film Emile has scored. He has licensed dozens of songs for Film and Television over the last few years including the Film WAITRESS and SUNSHINE CLEANING. You can find his albums on itunes including the critically acclaimed album Stay Here.
